Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.
