This 3 bedroom 1 bath beautiful Barndo is the get away you need. Got a big family event or wedding to prep food for? Use the large open kitchen with 3 ovens to prep the food. Welcome to Meadowview Barn! Our private and cozy apartment is just the place to relax and enjoy country life. It has been recently updated with new floors, a king bed and new lighting. It's located in the barn next to our beautiful farmhouse. The 3.4 acre property is a wide open vista were deer roam and where you just can't help but relax in the peace and quiet. The apartment itself dressed in a campy style. It is charming and comfortable with everything you need to make yourself at home.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Just three minutes to amenities, restaurants, Hwy 395 and only 30 minutes to 49 Degrees ski resort! Smell the fresh air and feel the solitude today, tomorrow and for Evermore!

Comfy studio apt in safe & quiet neighborhood

Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Private basement suite near Whitworth University.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
