(This listing is for the entire cottage) Two Gates Cottage is situated in the courtyard at the rear of Elton Guest House, converted from the bothy of this former farm making an ideal cosy cottage for four people. There is a flag stone patio area with flower bed border and garden furniture. Located in the Peak District close to Matlock, Bakewell, Matlock Bath, Dove Dale and attractions such as Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard.

Excellent and extensive walking from doorstep, outbuilding available for bike storage. All lovingly cleaned and maintained by owner Sharon. Newly refurbished for 2022
