The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.

Great location, light and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment! Really nice central location in the city. Less than 1 mile from downtown and the greenbelt walking path. Less than 2 miles from Tautphaus Park. Less than 3 miles from the mall. This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The apartment is equipped with fiber internet and a desk and office chair.

Although in modern day here at Mountain River Ranch, Cattle Kate is our cabin closest to our bathrooms and showers. It has a darling porch and we welcome you to kick back and enjoy a fire pit outside your cabin with family and friends!
