Once inside the shared back entrance of the house, you’ll go down a few steps to access your private entrance to your own self-contained, studio space featuring a kitchenette and a newly renovated, private bathroom.

A half mile from I-70, which takes you to the mountains (Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, etc.). Less than a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Downtown Denver, Coors Field, Broncos stadium & Union Station.

Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
