Our family restored and enlarged it in in 1975. It has new style kitchen,and bathroom.and a wood burning stove for heating. Near towns of dungarvan and youghal.

It is just outside the bustling town of Dungarvan , well known for its fine food and different events throughout the year. It is also within walking distance of the Marine bar.
