Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Yeritasardakan metro station. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.

It has a beautiful view on biblical Ararat mountain and Yerevan central Cathedral after Grigor Lusavorich. Across the street is the city park circle, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
