Utila's Sapphire House is a newly constructed upscale 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located at the water's edge on what is called the "old airport" area at the beginning of TradeWind. This stylish home features sea views from both bedrooms, and the great room (which includes the living area, dining area, and the kitchen area). The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.
