Full kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave, and all kitchen and dining utensils included. Stand up shower in the bathroom. Two house rule - no smoking, and no pets.

We have Mosquito Squad spray with pet and people friendly spray to keep the mosquito and tick population limited -- and it works well!
