Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. Living room is overlooking the water, large open windows facing the canal, design interior, large dining table, three bedrooms. Many museums, shops, railway station, boat cruise on the canals, plenty of restaurants

Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. In juli & augustus per week! Ons unieke huis staat op een landtong met aan 2 kanten water. Centraal gelegen tussen Amsterdam en Utrecht. In de omgeving zijn jachthavens en recreatiewoningen. Vanaf de weg loop je naar het pontje, waarmee je zelf naar het huisje vaart. Het huis is alleen per vlot/boot bereikbaar. Het huis heeft een tuin, houten steigers en zitjes. Binnen is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien: er is vloerverwarming, airco en Wifi. Boven zijn 2 slaapkamers, 2e toilet en badkamer.
