Settle in & relax! Our condo is located right on the Three Nines Golf Course in Welches, Oregon. There's limitless fun to be had in the Mt. Hood forest and surrounding wilderness areas. Just a short drive up the mountain is multiple ski resorts offering world class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, fishing... the list goes on! When you're all done for the day, cozy up by the wood-burning fire place in the winter, or open the back slider in the summer and watch the golfers and wildlife.

Located near the end of a quiet dead end road in Welches, Oregon. Short path to Sandy River. Easy access to HWY 26 and only 15 minutes to Government Camp or Sandy Ridge mountain biking. Enjoy the relaxing surroundings while staying in a newly renovated cabin with all the comforts of home. 2 night min. stay seasonally/Fri/Sat but possibly accept a 1 night stay...just ask. Enjoy multiple indoor levels and explore outdoor decks and beautiful terraced garden spaces and soak in the Oregon Hot Springs hot tub. The home is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and streaming. Welcome to this cozy, private retreat tucked near the Sandy River. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the river from your window, or take a short walk to the nearby beach. This 190sq/ft cabin can accommodate 2 guests and a furry friend. Perfect for a quaint, quiet getaway! Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located about 1/4 mile away, making it an easy walk to explore. Though a completely private residence, the house does share a lot with my personal cabin. Cabin elevation 1320 ft.

The cabin sits on a picturesque half acre lot, minutes away from great restaurants, markets, golf course, biking and amazing hiking trails. Niksen House: Scandanvian style Cabin at Mt. Hood

*water pressure issue has been fixed! Niksen House is located just outside of Mt. Hood National Forest, 20 minutes from ski areas and an hour from Portland. The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities.
