The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Renovated old farmhouse near the IJsselmeer

Geniet van rust, ruimte en gezelligheid in deze authentieke stolpboerderij. Onze boerderij is gebouwd in 1904 naar West-Fries model, en heeft naast boerderij gediend als garniturenwinkel. Toen wij de boerderij kochten was hij 116 jaar oud, en had het nodige achterstallige onderhoud. Stukje bij beetje renoveren we het huis, zo heeft het nu weer goed functionerende verwarming! De opbrengst van Airbnb stoppen we weer in het huis, zo zijn we nu aan het sparen voor het renoveren van het dak.

Ons huisje ligt midden in de velden, op 45 min rijden van Amsterdam, op een kleinschalig recreatiepark waar ook een ander huisje van ons, Familie Buitenhuys, staat. Je verblijft in een volledig en comfortabel huis met vloerverwarming. De lichte, speels ingedeelde ruimtes zorgen voor een open en ontspannen sfeer. In de master bedroom staat een vrijstaand bad bij het raam met uitzicht over de weilanden, Nederland in zijn puurste vorm. Geschikt voor maximaal 4 volwassenen + 1 baby.

Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. In de oude kern van Hindeloopen staat een vissershuisje (34m2) die is omgebouwd tot een comfortabele studio die voorzien is van vele gemakken. De studio beschikt over een kingsize bed, een kitchenette, een ruime badkamer en veel opbergruimte. Parkeren kan bij het huisje zelf, mits u over een kleine auto beschikt. Anders verwijzen we u graag door naar de gratis en ruime parkeerplaats bij de haven. Uw fietsen kunt u stallen in de tuin die bij het gastenverblijf hoort.
