The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Little Brightwater is an easy 15 min. walk from the harbour along the beautiful seafront. It’s a cosy, self-contained 2-storey guest suite, like a little cottage, attached to the side of our house, with its own front door. There’s a sea glimpse from the bedroom & a great sea view from the sitting room. It’s just 100 yards from the SW Coast Path (& right opposite Looe Island) in Hannafore, which is a very peaceful & sought-after area of Looe. There’s free parking on our street, close by.

Self contained studio near centre of Saltash

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We've aimed to make the room as practical as possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.

Situated in a quiet village in mid-Devon surrounded by fields and views of Dartmoor, Exmoor and only 30 minutes drive to Exeter. The annex is brand new and is attached to our family home which has recently been renovated in 2024. Copplestone has great bus and train links to Exeter and Barnstaple. Copplestone has two shops in the village - the farmshop has lovely homemade produces available daily. There is also a golf course 1.6 miles from the annex.
