Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. A pleasant place for guests who want to unplug, relax, and enjoy a rustic outdoor wilderness experience. Great trails for hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

Our newly remodeled studio, above our barn, is great for couples or solo travelers wanting to explore Southwest Colorado. Just a few feet away from the main quad lift in the Purgatory Ski Resort! Two fireplaces (one in the master bedroom!) Take the elevator down to the quaint cobblestone plaza where you can load up your mountain bike on the main quad lift. While you are there, buy a steaming cup of coffee, pizza, burgers, whiskey, etc. You also have access to an outdoor hot tub just one floor above our condo! USE MY PRIVATE SKI LOCKER!
