Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

If you're looking for marble countertops, this may not be your place. But if you’re seeking quiet, character, and a taste of how things used to be, with a modern twist, welcome to our 1800s-era cabin. Renovated in 2022, the cabin is comfy but you can expect creaky floors, original woodwork, and a few quirks that come with age. The cabin is authentic, and thoughtfully kept. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

Catch beautiful sunrises here. There are shared places on the property guests can use while staying, a covered shelter with grills, supplies, tables, chairs, fire pit, side walks. Come and stay a while in this charming and unique studio apartment. Located in the heart of historical Aurora, IN, you can walk to all the shops, parks and restaurants! Step out onto your private patio and enjoy your view of the Ohio River! It’s the perfect romantic getaway. We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! (The pool is now closed!)
