We are 11 mi from Conway & it’s 3 colleges, 8 mi to Woolley Hollow St Pk, & Greenbrier is center of flea mkt/antique corridor! We have 3 beds (2 queens and 1 full) Wshr/dryr. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

This studio may only be 300 sq. feet, but it has everything you need, and more! Everything is brand new, including the apartment, and ready for you! A comfortable queen bed, couch, and a mini kitchen with everything you can think of. The closet has lots of shelving and plenty of hanging space. The bathroom is fully stocked and we’ve also included a desk area to use as needed. There is a 46” smart TV that swivels for convenient viewing from either the bed or the couch.

We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet under 35lbs over 35lbs a $35 pet fee .
