The studio for rent is located in village Tzanata,overviewing the village, the 2 lakes of tzanata and mount Ainos. Built in a 2000sq.m plot, full of trees, flowers, plants and gardens with seasonable vegetables. It is fully recommended for those who want quietness and nature feeling.The studio for rent is on the ground floor and is about 38sq.m. It is suitable for 2 people or small families(2+1), a 3rd bed or a baby cot can be added for free.Double or twin beds option is available upon request.

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
