Exclusive use with aircon, incl 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus Cyard the lovely alfresco, outside alfresco is the shared yard. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside, through the garage via the outside stairs. Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).
