We live on a quiet 5 acre lot in the country, 1 mile north of I-70 and offer a 1,200 sq. ft. lower level apartment with private access through the garage. No cleaning fee charged. Space includes 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 single bed), kitchen, living room, bath and access to the backyard. Coffee, tea and snack are provided. Stores and restaurants are within 10-15 min., 1 mile to a Columbus metro park, 20 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to the airport.

Fabulous space, living room with wet bar, MW, mini fridge, large screen TV with cable and Netflix. Lovely bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with a shower. Couch has a pullout that sleeps two. Quiet peaceful space. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, ample parking. Short ride to OSU campus and medical centers. Garden lovers: feel free to tour the garden. An artists creative space, full of love. Near downtown, OSU, and all the best Columbus has to offer. on a lovely quiet street next to a park and a bike path . Expect the lovely sounds of children laughing, tennis and basketball playing at times. Please Note : Dogs are welcome with approval of breed and number of pets. An additional charge of $30 Pet cleaning fee for each additional pet. Sorry no cats!
