Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. If you are looking for a quiet retreat w/private entrance outside the city, you are home. Trees are outside every window with palpable serenity yet is still an easy ten-minute drive to downtown Rochester. This is a family-friendly place with crib and changing table. This is not a party house. It has a kitchenette so we will provide information to restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes.

This is a bright historical apartment completely redone in the heart of Wabasha. It is only two blocks from the National Eagles Center, Mississippi River, and multiple restaurants in town. It is also within a 5 min drive from Coffee Mill Ski area. There is free street parking right outside the apartment.
