Welcome to our cozy home, nestled in a private wooded setting. Built in 2022, this beautiful two-story cabin was finished with your comfort in mind. Our home is located on 3 acres, with 3 bedrooms (primary on the main level), 2.5 baths, and a large media room with a sofa sleeper. Relax on our wrap-around porch, and separate deck above the Poca river. Enjoy the early morning deer that grace our property, adding to the serenity. We're looking forward to making your stay truly unforgettable!

Your cozy getaway awaits at the newly-constructed and welcoming Heart Pine Cabin at the Benedict Haid Farm. This 1860s hand-hewn log cabin was relocated from its original location 15 mi away, painstakingly restored & fitted with all new modern conveniences while retaining its character. It was featured on the “Barnwood Builders” television show & has some of the widest log faces of Appalachian log cabins. It has a spacious master BR & a queen bed on the open loft overlooking the living area.

Come and see our cabin nestled in a secluded location that is within close proximity to recreational activities and restaurants that will surely please a couple or an entire family. You can enjoy horseback riding trails nearby, hiking trails, golf courses, local parks, and fine dining or a cozy campfire in the evenings to end your day with story-telling and laughter that will last for many years. There is excellent cellphone service, and centrally located between Charleston and Huntington, WV.

Come enjoy a quite peaceful setting where the deer run free and the calls of nature are all around you. Those avid hikers we have several acres for you to explore. H&M Ivy Branch about 15 miles away. About 6 miles outlaw trials off Mud River/ Hobet Outlaw trails. We do have trailer parking at the top of the driveway. Kayaking stream access or rentals within close driving distance.

This is a beautiful rustic hunting theme cabin! The cabin was newly built in the summer of 2016! The cabin sets on 20 private acres for an additional fee that is available to be hunted and is located minutes away from 11,000 acres of public hunting and fishing(Crown City Wildlife Area)! Whatever your trip we will help make your stay memorable! Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED! NO ACCEPTIONS! If a pet is brought to the residence I will charge extra fees and ask you to remove the pet.
