The apartment is a penthouse with a roomy private balcony. There is access to a shared large rooftop balcony with seatings and a grill. There is 1 large bedroom and a workspace room where there is possibility for an extra guest to sleep on a mattress. Everything in the apartment is clean, new, modern, and luxurious.

15 mn from Cph city center

The house has a great atmosphere with big windows that give a lot of light. On the main floor, we have the entrée which gives way to the living room and big kitchen, as well as the master bedroom and a bathroom. Stairs bring to the upper floor which has 3 children's rooms, and a toilet. In the basement, there is another guest room, a laundry room, and an extra bathroom. The garden is cozy and big enough for any kind of game. You can enjoy a bit of motion on the trampoline :)

The house is right by the canal in an upscale, safe and cosy neighborhood called Islands Brygge. You can see water and forest just outside of your windows.
