Hardwood floors, new furniture, luxurious beds, updated kitchen, washer/dryer, updated bathroom, Smart TV’s & High Speed Internet. Please note that the "Blue Haven Studio" apartment is attached to the back of this home, but it's completely separate w/ its own entrance/keypad and there are no shared spaces.

Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

The Wallace House is a lovingly restored farmhouse that now offers guest stays as part of Saint Paul Farms properties. Adjacent to the farmhouse are orchards, a cidery, a vineyard and tasting room. Originally built in the 1800's, the Wallace house was completely renovated in 2019 to preserve historical integrity while offering modern amenities and conveniences. Located in historic Druid Hills, the Sweet Retreat is conveniently situated one mile from downtown Hendersonville and about 25-30 minutes from Asheville and Brevard. The house was recently renovated to incorporate the many luxuries of the 21st century but maintains its 1950's charm. It's a short walk to the Oklawaha Greenway, several restaurants and stores, and a quick scenic drive to all the beautiful spots in Western North Carolina.
