A listed building recently converted with the care of Cumbrian craftsmen - lime plastered wiggly walls, oak floors, handcrafted oak doors and stairs, hand forged latches and handles. Situated in the Lake District with panoramic views from the door over the orchard, across fields of sheep and beyond to the North Pennines and Howgills.

It is a totally private annex next to our main farmhouse in the picturesque village of Bampton Grange in the Lake District. The accommodation is all open plan with TV(freeview), woodburner & comfy sofas opening up to a breakfast bar, newly appointed kitchen & shower room. On request we can offer an evening meal / breakfast basket filled with homemade and locally sourced goodies!

Ideal as base a for exploring the local area or a stopover en-route to & from the north. Dogs welcome with enclosed garden and walks from the doorstep. The Cottage is set off the beaten track where you will have the chance to enjoy some peace and quiet and relax!
