Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Welcome to your cozy retreat in the West End of Downtown Greenville! This newly constructed, detached garage studio near the up and coming West End Village, Unity Park, and downtown offers easy access to the city's best entertainment, boutique shops, and vibrant food scene. Enjoy a queen-sized memory foam bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated dining area. High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV are included. Perfect for a peaceful escape with all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

The Tiniest Adventure- go tiny live big!

The Tiniest Adventure is a 250 sq. ft. handcrafted authentic tiny house nestled amongst the trees. It will steal your heart with its modern farm house charm. The house is just 10 minutes from Travelers Rest and 10-15 minutes from downtown Greenville! If you enjoy long walks or bike rides, the paved Swamp Rabbit Trail is within 1 mile of the tiny house. Also, if the foothills of upstate SC are not tall enough for you, the nationally recognized outdoor spaces of WNC are about 1 hr away.

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
