Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

In the living room there is a separate sofa bed, which is in no way inferior to a comfortable bed. You should not be missing anything during your stay, so everything is taken care of, such as bed linen, towels, WiFi, Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines and fresh beans.

The Loft-Space belongs to one of the most interesting areas of Berlin with a lot of bars, restaurants and green areas.

Die Remise ist 1875 erbaut und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Nach der Nutzung für Fuhrwerke, Pferde und Kühe war eine Marmorwerkstatt dort zuhause, dann eine Schlosserei und später ein Künstleratelier. Direkt davor schaut man in den kleinen Hofgarten.
