TV und Internetradio sind vorhanden. Das Bad besteht aus WC, Waschbecken und Badewanne. Zur Innenstadt und zur Universität sind es ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 50 m entfernt.

Die Wohnung wurde 2018 komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Die Vermieter wohnen im Obergeschoss. Hinweis: Nichtraucherwohnung. Haustiere nicht gestattet.
