The Boat Shed

This can be your quiet getaway at the duck farm as you relax in the Boat Shed beside the pond. You will have the entire house to yourself complete with kitchen, living space, bedroom, full bath with shower. There is a loft on each end of the tiny house best suited for children and teens. The front porch faces the pond with four acres & ducks. Canoes are available fully equipped with life jackets and paddles. Swimming is allowed with adult supervision, including a rope swing and zip line.

A thoughtfully designed 700 sq ft farm cabin retreat tucked away on 11 acres of peaceful pastures. Located less than 45 min from downtown Summerville, 40 min from I-20, 1 hr from Downtown Charleston, and 25 min from I-95. We are a livestock property and for the safety of our animals we only allow 1 pet per reservation with a strict leash policy.

Welcome to life on the lake! Newly renovated, this cozy stay is sure to make fond memories with family & dear friends. Thoughtfully prepared w/ stylish lake decor inside & out, we plan to have you visit year after year!
