The Boat Shed

This can be your quiet getaway at the duck farm as you relax in the Boat Shed beside the pond. You will have the entire house to yourself complete with kitchen, living space, bedroom, full bath with shower. There is a loft on each end of the tiny house best suited for children and teens. The front porch faces the pond with four acres & ducks. Canoes are available fully equipped with life jackets and paddles. Swimming is allowed with adult supervision, including a rope swing and zip line.

Tiny House studio stay in Moncks Corner

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is close to Lake Moultrie & the Cooper River. It’s also very close to popular wedding venues: Somerset Point, Pineland Village, & Old Santee Canal Park. Moncks Corner Recreational Complex, where many tournaments are hosted, is also about 3 miles away. Pinopolis is less than 20 miles from Summerville & the Volvo area, 40 miles from coastal beaches, and just 45 minutes away from Downtown Charleston. It’s a great location for work or play!

Bring your boat as lake accesses to Moultrie start a 1/4 mile away with Cooper River accesses near by. Somerset, Wampee, Pineland Place, 108 W Main, Santee Canal as well as MC Regional Complex are minutes away, Summerville is 20’, and Downtown Chas is 45’. Come enjoy!

Recently renovated, all the modern luxuries are provided. There is a fire pit to enjoy while you grill on our charcoal grill. Eat outside, enjoy the view!
