The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

Located within 5 miles of I-10 and just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and a gym. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while staying close to the convenience of the city.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cottage where you can watch the deer in the morning while enjoying your coffee on the screened in porch. One queen bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa bed for up to 5 guests. One full bath, one half bath, and washer/dryer. This is a big house. To set a fair night rate for different sizes of guest groups, the night rate depends on the number of guests you have. Please input the actual number of guests who will stay in the house. One guest has one bedroom. Two guests have two bedrooms. Three guests have three bedrooms. Four or more guests have four bedrooms. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room are available for all guests. The garage is not available.
