You'll be close to everything historic Granbury has to offer. There's room to park your boat trailer and a public boat launch less than a mile away.

Perfect place to relax & recharge in the Texas Hill Country. Enjoy the private pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fire pit, covered patio, propane grill, and peaceful outdoor space. The neighborhood lake/beach area is only a 10-minute walk, short bike ride, or 3-minute drive away — perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, or relaxing by the water. Love the outdoors? Old Hancock Trail is nearby and offers beautiful hiking along the lake. Canyon Lake Marina is also just a 10-minute drive away.

Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.
