Cozy + Sunny Coastal Apt by Seaside Park

This is an entire floor/apt with 2BR, kitchen, bath, & living room. For a group, you would be hard pressed to find a better deal in such close proximity to Seaside Park. This is an older home in a racially diverse neighborhood that is not the prettiest area and is mixed industrial/residential. However, the people are nice. Seaside Park is the main attraction for our out of town visitors and provides excellent walking, jogging, biking, and lounging at beach.

It also has 100% filtered water to drink. Something very important is that NO type of drugs are accepted, NO Viper or electronic cigarettes or Hookah are NOT accepted on this property. If we find odors or drug residues, they will be reported and fined.
