Our one and only listing is a private house right in the middle of the Bronx and close to all major attractions such as the the Bronx Zoo, the Bronx Botanical Garden, Fordham Shopping District, and Yankee Stadium to name a few. We are located in a diverse neighborhood with people from all walks of life. Whereas the summer months bring out the cultural aspect to the neighborhood, fall and winter exposes the tranquil bitter chill of the community.

The house features a modern kitchen, formal dining room, & half bath on the 1st floor. This is a safe quiet residential area with easy street parking.
