The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

The whole house has tongue & groove wood ceilings and walls that provide a calming, peaceful vibe. Amazing sunrises/sunsets/lake views from large windows throughout home. Cook whatever you catch in the lake on the grill or smoker right outside your gorgeous lake view screened in porch (w tv!)

Property is a 2 unit house, We have renovated and moved into unit A full time and excited to be finally living the lake life!! Being onsite will enable us to be more proactive with maintenance etc. Water front in secluded cove with Dock for your use. Ample parking out front for vehicles and boat trailers. Access to bunkhouse with bunkbeds + trundle + full bathroom is available for an additional $50 per night by messaging when you reserve. 4 block walk to DT Watkinsville. 6 mi. to Sanford Stadium: this is the perfect location for rest & relaxation.

From oversized paintings seen in the Salvatore and Lockwood mansions to a screen-used Mikaelson coffin reupholstered in red velvet and mounted in the living room, the experience is designed to make you feel less like a viewer and more like a character within the story.
