This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. Beautiful, quiet retreat

Buffalo Springs Lake is located 5 miles east of Lubbock, Tx and is a gated lake with a marina for launching boats or jet skis. It has a restaurant and often has events occurring during the weekends.
