This luxury cottage is perfect for a holiday in the lovely Cornish village of Cawsand. Sleeping up to six in three bedrooms, Treetops offers a large living area downstairs with a well equipped kitchen opening onto a three tiered garden area with plenty of outside space to relax. There is wifi and a dedicated home office facing the garden if you need to do some work whilst you are away. These cozy Coastguard Cottages have a rich history. Built in 1820 by Customs Excise to keep an eye on smuggling that was rife 200 years ago in Cawsand and Kingsand. The stone cottage boasts spectacular sea views of the bay and backs on to Mt.Edgecumbe deciduous woodland, home to many types of birds, flora and fauna. Here is a cozy retreat with kitchen, lounge & wood burner, 2 double bedrooms, small shower/ WC & Victorian hip bath. The wild garden is full of insects and bird loving plants.

Romantic getaway! Stunning balconies overlooking the sea. Perfect for paddleboarding and swimming. A two-bedroom maisonette/duplex, located right next to a beach and in the village centre. It's comprised of the top two floors however the self contained apartment below 'Little Valletort' (4 person) can also be booked (lockable connecting door) perfect for inter-generational family stays. 5x pubs, a bakery and Spar all close by with a deli/coffee shop and ice-cream shop nearly next door!

Church View Cottage is a beautiful house right next door to our home, The Old Rectory, Rame, Cornwall and opposite the ancient Rame Church of St Germanus. We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. We offer comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.

Trebyan - Luxury Seaside Cottage!

Trebyan is a beautiful cottage built around 1750. It sits in the centre of Kingsand, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with beaches, coastal paths and pubs all right on its doorstep. The outside space, at the front of the property, is south facing, so enjoys the sun all day long. The house undertook a full renovation, which finished in the spring of 2025, offering many mod cons whilst keeping its original traditional charm.

The studio apartment is a 1 room space with private access and its own bathroom. A small outside area is also provided. It is just 200 meters walk to the beach. This space is ideal for couples looking for a quite getaway. Cawsand and the local area has lots to explore. Dogs are welcome too. Please note- There is a slope and 9 steps up to the studio from the road.
