The villa has everything you would expect - 3 double bedrooms all en-suite (one is a basement room), fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining areas, BBQ, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor swimming pool, electric blinds and modern furnishings, just to name a few of the amenities. The villa comes with a sea view and is a short walk away from the nearest beach so you can rest assured you are in the perfect location for your holiday.

Levanta Unique Country Home Kefalonia

"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. THERE ARE CATS IN THE GARDEN 🐈

Stefanos and Loukia are the owners of a traditional house named "Euphoria". We welcome you join them and take part in their daily village life. The house is traditional located on the southern slopes of mt. Ainos in Mousata village 200m above sea level. Around sandy beaches ideal for families with small children. A cozy Kefalonian house with modern amenities comprising of 2 bedrooms, a loft, one bathroom, an external W.C. an open plan kitchen(fully equipped) and longue/diner .
