Cozy Quarters offers a delightful home away from home. After unloading in the convenient carport, you’ll find our place is clean & comfortable with the amenities you’re accustomed to. Also featured is a dedicated work space for business travelers who will treasure the location, central to downtown yet tucked away on a dead end street. It’s also just a short drive to all the attractions the lakes have to offer. A quiet backyard is perfect for an early cup of coffee before starting your day.

Campbell are just 30 mins. Land between the lakes 40min, or experience Nashville in just over an hour. Truly so much to do.

Explore the local shops, lake, art museum, and local events. Return to relax in our comfortable livin' room or whip up a southern feast in the fully equipped kitchen. Unwind on the quaint patio, surrounded by lush seasonal gardens, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail - soak up the peaceful atmosphere of rural Kentucky!

Lakefront home with private 2 slip dock

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast or a quick getaway. Relax on the large wood deck with an outdoor dining table, while grilling out on the Weber charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), or enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the eagles soar above and the crazy amount of deer dash through the yard.

This house is located within 5 minutes of Lake Barkley and accessible from I-69 or I-24 both being only 5 minutes from the house. The house features nice bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is a concrete patio outback with a fenced yard. Venture River water park is only minutes away. We welcome travelers, fishermen, and hunters to stop by our house in a very quiet neighborhood situated only minutes from boating, fishing, hunting and swimming areas.
