Let us welcome you to 100 Acre Wood, a historic farm and working cattle ranch. Owl's House is a private and stylish guest house nestled within the trees and garden and offers 180° views. Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Enjoy pastoral farm life and our private forest trails, or get out and play in the area's abundance of fine dining, wineries, seasonal attractions, outdoor activities, and entertainment.

Cheerful Cozy Colonial

Relax at this warm, welcoming, peaceful place to stay, with hiking trails nearby and only a 10-15 minute drive to various beaches, and a 10-minute drive to downtown Westerly. Set on 2+ acres, rejuvenate and connect with friends and family around the outdoor fire pit. Inside you will find a comfortable space with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, and a full and half bath. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, enjoy the outdoor shower after a long hike or trip to the beach.

Lavender Farm Private Luxury Suite

The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

Water Forest Retreat- Tree House

Water Forest Retreat Tree House is a 168 sq ft. private heated and electrified tiny home with stained glass windows surrounding an oak tree nestled on 56 acres of forest. Enjoy your favorite drink out on the deck up in the trees while watching the birds. There are 2 1/2 miles of hiking trails with a brook, waterfall, marsh and pond. Our SK cottage is set on a half acre, surrounded by trees and natural brush, giving a private feel, but is in between two quiet residential neighborhoods and is within walking distance to a DD coffee shop, mini mart, Pizzeria, and ice cream shop. 10-15 minutes away from URI, SK Beaches, Wakefield Town center, Narragansett, and 25 minutes to Newport.
