It offers a lot of privacy with the help of surrounding trees and a rear entrance (opposite our house). Placed in the rear of our lot, it's perched above our studio/office and interestingly elevated above the surrounding lots and back yards. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cottage tucked in the woods but close to breweries, winerys, and Charlottesville. Our property is wooded and private. Please take note that we have a dog. While pets are not allowed in the cottage our dog Posie lives here and is very friendly. The cottage is 400 sq feet of open living space.
