The Project House

Built in the 1930’s as one of the Irwinville Farms project houses, it served originally as home to project farmer Randolph Martin, his wife Estelle, and their children, Frances, Betty, and Jimmy. The house and farm are still owned and operated today by descendants of the Martin family. The house is situated in the middle of a actively working farm consisting of row crops, such as peanuts, corn, cotton and cattle, so guest may experience sights, sounds, and smells that reflect such.

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

"Wimberly Plantation-Gleesom Hall" 3br Guest House

Charming guest house located on the grounds of historic "Gleesom Hall", an antebellum home built in 1844. There are 27 acres to enjoy, with azaleas, dogwoods, camellias, honeysuckle, and wildlife. Located within 25 minutes of Downtown Macon or Warner Robins AFB, and 35 minutes from Dublin. Gleesom Hall is inhabited by 7th and 8th generation descendants of the original family.
