Full access to the river for fishing and swimming. 18 miles to Baylor Stadium and Magnolia Market at the Silo! Come enjoy the Big Rocks on the Brazos!

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Cozy Cabin in the Country 101

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.

The German Schmear Cottage

The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. It's a stand alone one bedroom, one bath cabin with access to a fire pit and hot tub located behind the main house.

The Mainsail is a tiny container home handcrafted by CargoHome™ right here in Waco. With 1 bedroom and an inflatable floor mattress, it sleeps uptimes to 4 people. Features a super comfy Tuft and Needle queen mattress. The rooftop deck lights up beautifully at night and is a great place to stargaze or enjoy a morning coffee. Full size, custom-tiled shower and spacious bathroom completes this beautiful home. Just a short 12 minutes to Magnolia and Baylor.
