And in the springtime, come stay amongst the bluebonnets. They cannot be beat!

The Barn Yard on 71

Relax at this peaceful place to stay in the country located directly off of 71 Hwy just outside of New Taiton, TX. This farm stead provides a welcome haven for travelers, families, and sportsmen. With a large yard scattered with live oaks and southern pines our cozy home has space to sleep 6 with a sleeping arrangement of 1 king bed and 4 twins. We provide complimentary homemade cinnamon rolls as well as a dozen farm fresh eggs. El Campo, TX is a 10-minute drive for basic shopping and dining.

Holland House

Holland House, a building filled with character and charm built in 1877; one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Located on the square, a private brick paved courtyard has large oak trees to unwind or simply enjoy the quiet that our small town has to offer. Shops and dining are within walking distance. Rock the Country is just 1.4 miles and a short drive.

The Tiny House on the Family Farm @ Alpha Ranch

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Enjoy the rare pines of central Texas. This Tiny home features a wood fireplace, granite counter top kitchen and large shower. The one bedroom two bed (1 Queen and 2 Twin day bed) home sleeps 3 guests (plus 1 child). Amenities include access to the pond and outdoor fire pit. Star gazing is a must. Enjoy fresh aquifer well water and the sweet sound of chirping birds. Deer sightings are frequent!

J-A Farm Stop

This is a perfect place to spend for an overnight stay or a short trip. The reason for this is because there is no kitchen, only a small fridge and microwave. The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house. Our super friendly pups on the property love to greet everyone! NO Cleaning Fee!

The Goebel House

The Goebel House was built in 1921 by the Gus Goebel Family. The current owner is also a Goebel and considers the house family. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Includes a back yard patio and large covered front porch. Nestled near downtown Bellville, Texas, The Goebel House is 20 minutes from Brenham and 35 minutes from Round Top.

Fawn Creek

Perfect escape! Custom built cabin nestled in the woods. Tranquility awaits you among the beautiful trees, wildlife and star gazing. Although we do live on the 20 acre property, the cabin is secluded and the surrounding grounds and pond is completely fenced. No pets please. NO CLEANING FEE!
