The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

The cabin is set off in a private location at the campground, making it a haven for relaxing, unwinding, and spending quality time with others. Guests have access to miles of maintained trails as well as the catch-and-release fishing pond, bikes for trail riding, and other common amenities such as a playground, pavilion and bathhouse.
