This lower floor property comes with its own private entrance and courtyard and is flooded with afternoon sun. Full of character and charm it is set within a period Victorian family home. Walk to the city centre in 15 minutes and reach the stunning Bristol harbourside within half an hour. Stokes Croft and numerous cafes are just down the road.

The Vault
The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Comfortable and Clean Flat - Great Location
A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.

A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

This cosy studio flat in the heart of Cotham, Bristol offers comfort and convenience. Just a 10-min walk to the Coach Station and city centre, it’s surrounded by great cafes, shops, and transport links. Bright and well-designed, it includes a comfy living area, modern kitchenette, and all essentials for a relaxing stay. This is my personal home, which I live in when not travelling. I love sharing it with guests while I’m away.
