A perfect location to relax & explore Cong, Connemara & the West of Ireland. The barn loft is situated 1.5 miles from Ashford Castle/Cong Village. The loft sleeps 4/5 persons (2 double bedrooms, single portable guest bed) and has a large living space, kitchen, & bathroom. There are 14 steps to the entrance, which is lighted externally. Use of a large mature garden and a short walk to Lough Corrib. Freezer is available & storage for bicycles and fishing equipment. Free parking & dog friendly.

Clifden, The Barn on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. With stunning views of Galway Bay, this luxurious ensuite studio is tucked away on a very private and beautifully landscaped acre lot. A three-minute walk down our road takes you to the waterfront. A lovely hiking trail is just up the hill past St. Patrick's Church. Located in the village of New Quay on the scenic Wild Atlantic Way, we are on the route to Ballyvaughan and the Ciffs of Moher. (A car is necessary - we are in a very beautiful rural area with very limited public transport.)

Burren chalet - beautiful space, fabulous location

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The chalet is nestled at the foot of Oughtmama Mountain amongst ash, hazel, and whitethorn trees. It's the perfect location for walking on the Burren pavement, caving, rock climbing, foraging on the shore, or swimming in the Atlantic. You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.

Spacious Contemporary Chalet type Apartment.

A newish build, at just a mile and a half (2.6km) from Eyre Square, my place feels as if in the middle of the country. It’s a separate, self-contained, completely private extension to the main house. Having your own transport is preferable, with lots of parking space around the extension/chalet. Other than food, everything else is provided. Do not book our space if you want the buzz & noise of the city, as we are on its outskirts.

Glamping and Alpaca Farm: Connemara Hut

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Curraghduff Farm offers unique alpaca experiences and now welcomes you to stay. This self catering glamping site is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. We have 3 individually themed huts on site but they are spaced out enough to ensure privacy. The glamping site is based on a small farm with alpacas, chickens, pygmy goats and sheep.
