Enjoy your breakfast (or a glass of wine) on the balcony in the summer. Take the stairs to the third floor, where you will find a private giant master bedroom loft, complete with king size bed and 2 skylights for gazing at the starry sky. Lots of room for your cars! Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washer/dryer for your use. Large bathroom with bathtub. Dining room with table for 6. Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.

Be in harmony with nature while enjoying the contemporary architectural design of this funky two-bedroom retreat. This cottage accommodates 4 guests. Enjoy the beautiful treed grounds and the shared waterfront where you have access to a large common fire pit, as well as watercraft like a canoe and kayaks! (Life jackets provided). Although the waterfront and main fire pit are shared, the cottage is still private with a thick of trees between cottages. A favourite spot for guests year after year!

Onsite amenities includes: trails, playground, pools, gym, lake access and more. The site is per friendly, with an off leash dog park. Visit popular beaches nearby, walk the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario, or visit one of the 40 nearby wineries. At night, enjoy the sunset on the lake, catch fireflies, play board games, stargaze or smoores.

We are 10 minutes from Picton Main Street. The loft is 1,200 square foot open concept space with a full coffee station and a cooks kitchen. We live in a quiet street in the country close to town and vineyards, breweries and cider houses.
