Helston is well placed for visiting popular beaches in south west Cornwall. The annex is attached to our home but with it's own separate entrance and parking. The space is newly renovated and is light and bright with the added addition of a lantern light to gaze at the stars at night. Perfect for exploring the delights of Cornwall.

The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

Our facilities include composting toilets, hot showers, large communal fire pits with seating (in the meadow and woods) and free fire wood which you can collect with the wheelbarrow from our dedicated wood piles. We have an ancient woodland with trails to explore and search for deer tracks along the river which forms our border!
