City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Terasa na prvom katu veličine je 40m2 s pogledom na more. Vila se nalazi na velikoj parceli od 3.350 m2. Kuća je udaljena 200 m centra, 200m od trgovine, 5.000m od mora, 200 m udaljena je od restorana, doktor je udaljen 300 m, apoteka je udaljena 300 m.

Studio apartman „Niko" nalazi se na prvom katu zgrade koja je smještena u centru mirnog mjesta Červar-Porat koje je udaljeno cca. 5km od centra Poreča. Udaljen je otprilike 50 metara od mora, a do najbliže plaže ima samo 5 minuta pješice. U neposrednoj blizini (u radijusu od 50m) i ispod apartmana nalaze se pekara, kafici, restorani i trgovine zbog čega zna biti glasnije tijekom ljetne sezone.
