Our house is located on the southern end of Hilton Head Island in the North Forest Beach neighborhood. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's beautiful beach. Heron St offers its own private beach walk. It’s also a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza, offering local shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
