This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. Set on 12 acres this secluded little house is the perfect get-a-way place to enjoy some down time. Close to fishing at Lake Conroe this cottage serves also as a central point to enjoy some of the local wineries, visit historic downtown Montgomery, explore the Sam Houston National Forest or spend time at the Texas Renaissance Festival which is only 20 minutes away. The physical address and entrance road name has changed several times in the past few years so the GPS address may not work.

‘Haus House’ Studio is a 440 sq ft standing alone bungalow in a very quiet location yet close to all lake activity and great places to eat. The studio has a queen bed, wardrobe, living area, tv and WiFi. It has a kitchenette with a dining table for 2, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a nice marble shower. There is an outdoor seating area for down time and relax. While we live on the property, you have your own privacy, but if you need us we are close by.
